Bundeena Run Wednesday 2 November 2016.

We met at Waterfall on a perfect spring morning and set off down the Old Princes Highway, turning off at Helensburgh and stopping for morning tea at Stanwell Tops.   Here we met Jim who had driven up from southern Wollongong.  There were a number of paragliders and hang gliders enjoying the gentle ocean currents and providing a spectacle for the tourists.   Our cars too provided much interest with quite a few people taking photographs and posing with the cars.  After a cuppa we set off for the drive through the beautiful Royal National Park arriving at the Bundeena Bowling Club about 12.20pm.   We all had the hearty pensioners $12 lunch and enjoyed a chat and a laugh.
Those attending were Arthur Patrick (1966 Gazelle), Bruce and Hazel Klower (1960 Series 111A Convertible), Jim Braddock (1969 Hunter Royal) and Mae and Paul Johnson (1962 Superminx).
