Club meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 8.00pm in the Ermington Community Center, River Road Ermington, Sydney, just off Victoria Road. At the conclusion of each General meeting we usually have a light supper and some socialising. The Club is administered by an elected Committee ,and as it is an incorporated Club, it works to the model rules according to the Associated Incorporations Act,1984 (N.S.W.) and as amended to the Club Rules June 2001 (reprinted October 2002 plus addendums) The Club is an affiliated member of the Council of Veteran, Vintage and Thoroughbred Motor Clubs (CMC Inc)  and is represented at Council events, and the Association of British Car Clubs Incorporated. Events and or weekend outings are held once a month and  often with the company of other car clubs.

The Club has lapel badges, sew on cloth patches, Club shirts, leather key fobs our 20th Anniversary badge and grille badges are available for sale. For sales and wanted listings of cars and parts can be found in our newsletter. Some new parts are available for purchase to members at a very reasonable price. The Club has membership from most states in Australia and Australian membership is currently A$35.00 per family per year plus a joining fee of A$5.00.The annual subscription is used to cover the running expenses of the Club, (hall hire, newsletter, postage etc) International membership costs are A$35.00 plus a joining fee of A$10.00

Hillmans over 30years old being authentic may qualify for Historic Conditional Registration license, which allows you to go to club meetings, to club and invited events for a low annual fee compared with full state registration.

Some Hillman facts

Established in 1907 the Hillman Motor Company produced a range of dependable, if slightly conservative, range of family cars that would span 7 decades of motoring history.

In 1928 Hillman was acquired by the Rootes brothers and became the parent companies volume manufacturer. Famous models included the Minx, Wizard, war-time "Tilly" utility truck, Imp and Hunter. US giant Chrysler acquired an interest in Rootes in 1964 which led to a take-over in 1967. By 1976 the Hillman name had disappeared and eventually the European Chrysler organisation was sold to Peugeot in 1979.
